Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you share on this page. It describes how this website actually works.

What we collect

• Your application: name, brand name, email, category, current setup, website or social link, main need, budget range, start timeframe and, if you add them, your main challenge and phone number.
• A record of the privacy notice shown and, if you tick the box, your request for store tips — plus whether you later confirm or withdraw that choice.
• Campaign labels in the page address (such as utm_source) and the website you came from, to understand which channels bring enquiries.
• Anonymous page events (for example "form started") with no names, emails or answers attached.
• A short-lived, scrambled version of your connection address to limit spam. We don't store the address itself.

How we use it

To review your enquiry, contact you by email about it, invite suitable projects to a call and prepare any proposal. We don't visit or scan the link you share automatically.

Store tips and service follow-ups are optional. We only send them if you tick the box and then confirm by email. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email or on the email preferences page. Saying no doesn't affect how we review your enquiry.

Service providers

• Lovable Cloud hosts this website and stores enquiries.
• Resend delivers our emails, once connected.
• If we invite you to a call, an external scheduling service may be used. It only opens when you click the link and has its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We review enquiries that haven't become projects after about six months and delete what we no longer need. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your email address so we don't email you again.
